BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project is over 50% complete and the project still has a contingency of over S 200,000. Most of the changes to date have been minor with the largest price change the addition of the sign. Since we are proposing to use the Government Center as the hub in the event of an emergency the staff is requesting the placement of a permanent generator. The proposed generator has been sized to accommodate the facility. The summary of price adjustments is included with the Treasurers Report along with the financial summary.
