PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: City Council approved the Government Center bid package and
previous draw requests.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: RA Morton and HMA Architects reviewed the invoices
submitted for the Government Center and presented the costs to date to City Staff. The first six draw
requests represent 48%of the total project costs, less retainage. A summary of the contractors included
in the draw request are attached. Checks will be included in the bills payables at the next regular
council meeting.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $ 230,487.57
