Northland Park
Members Present: John Anderson(Chairman), Marguerite Fogarty(Secretary), Andrew Deuhs,
Matt Killam(Councilor Liaison), Terry Thene (Staff Liaison), Sharon Rennie, Jodi Kehr
The Park Board assembled with refreshments at Northland Park at 6:30 to acknowledge the
donors who helped make possible the construction of the Foot Golf Course. Several Board
Members played a round of Foot Golf. Joe Bechtold, representing the Lions, attended.
1. Call to Order: 7:00 p.m.

3.Approval of Agenda: Approved
4. Treasurers Report: Tabled
5.Liaison Reports:
a. Matt Killam:
The City Council is discussing the budget and considering priorities.
b. Terry Thene:
There have been no more vandalism reports since the bathrooms have been closed earlier.
The crew has been busy because the grass is still growing. Winterizing will begin soon.
The Klinefelter Foundation will re-landscape the Memorial for Officer Klinefelter. This
project will begin soon.
6. Old Business:
a. Millstream Budget Prioities:
1. Park Shelter:
$550,000 was the amount presented to the Council for construction of a new park shelter.
This decision is pending money allocation of�/z cent Sales tax.
2. Dog Park
The Board reviewed the fact that$30,000 was presented to the Council for construction
of a Dog Park. This includes $20,000 for fencing, $10,000 for water access.
3. Performance Arena
Similarly stated above, the proposed $150,000 was reviewed by the Park Board as it was
presented to the Council.
4.Access
Some discussion was held on this subject. There is no current proposal.
b. Other Old Business:
None.
7. New Business
A. Memorial requests for the Wetterlin2 Family
Tabled until the appropriate time to contact the Wetterling family.
Other New Business:
None.
