BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE/COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS EDA ACTION: Annually the EDA nominates and election officers.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Per Minnesota Statute and the St. Joseph EDA By-Laws, the EDA is
required to conduct an annual meeting and as part of that meeting, the Board establishes the officers for the
calendar year. The following were the 2016 Officers:
Dale Wick (term commensurate with elected office) – Council Representative
Doug Danielson (Term Expires 2018) – Member at Large
Larry Hosch (Term Expires 2023) – Member at Large
Gary Osberg (Term Expires 2019) – Member at Large
Rick Schultz (term commensurate with elected office) – Council Representative
The 2016 Officers were:
Chair Dale Wick
Vice-Chair Doug Danielson
Treasurer Larry Hosch
Secretary Larry Hosch
(Note: The term illustrates seven years, expiring in January of the seventh year, thereby serving six years)
