I. Call to Order: 6:00
11.A��roval of Agenda: approved.
Lll Review and Approval of October Minutes: approved .
1V. Treasurer's R�ort and A�proval: No report
V. Liaison Reports:
A.Terry Thene: Warming house opens Thursday, Dec. 23.
B. Matt Killam: Bello's is going to expand it's restaurant space. Pending a
Public hearing,the Council has approved a Bed and Breakfast. It will be handicap
accessible with 4 suites and a room on the 1St floor.A Comprehensive Plan is going
to be prepared,includfng parks.
Vl. Old Business:
A. Dog Park Uadate: Council approved. Lions have contributed $1,000.A
fund raiser my be held this spring.
B. I�inefelter: Has been seeded.
C. Other Old business: None
V. New Business:
A. Review of Millstream Building: Council would like total packet by
January 6th,including; Building Documents, Budget for Worksite, Fundraising,
Landscaping
We estimate approximately$10,000 for appliances and venting. Cabinet pricing
could be used from Government Center.
John will check pricing for rock,shrubs and trees.
Terry will make calls regarding Electric Service.
Matt will check with Dean Wick about Bid Documents and how much he would
charge to be Project manager.
