BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The due to/due from transfer listed are to move funds from the EDA fund to the Fortitude Senior Housing
TIF fund to cover a cash deficit at 12/31/16. Cash deficits are not allowed in the financial statements. The
deficit is typical for a new TIF fund and will be covered by future TIF collections.

BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $150.00 between funds
