HomeMy WebLinkAbout[04c] Government Center - Draw #12 Council Agenda Item 4c MEETING DATE: April 3, 2017 AGENDA ITEM: Government Center – Draw No. 12 Request - Final SUBMITTED BY: Finance BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: N/A PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: City Council approved the Government Center bid package and previous draw requests. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: RA Morton and HMA Architects reviewed the invoices submitted for the Government Center and presented the costs to date to City Staff. The first nine draw requests represent 95% of the total project costs, including retainage. A summary of the contractors included in the draw request are attached. Checks will be included in the bills payables at the next regular council meeting. The remaining 5% project balance will be used for internal invoices to be billed yet. Staff anticipates there will be unspent contingency. The amount will be known in about a month after final bills come in. BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $ 189,138.35 ATTACHMENTS: Request for Council Action – Government Center Listing of Checks – Draw #12 REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Consider payment approval for the contractors listed in draw #12 for the Government Center project.
