in draw#12 for the Government Center project.
d. Alcohol Compliance—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute
Resolution 2017-012, Resolution 2017-013, and Resolution 2017-014 Adopting the
Councilors Stipulations for recent liquor license violations.
e. Premise Permit—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute
Troy Goracke Resolution 2017-015 Approving the Premises Permit application of the St. Joseph Jaycee's to
Matt Killam aliow lawful gambling at the American Burger Bar.
Bob Loso f. Joint Powers Agreement—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
Dale Wick execute the amended JPA regarding the Central MN Violent Offenders Task Force.
g. Annual Reports—Requested Action:Accept the 2016 Fire Department Report and the 2016
Pubiic Works Report as presented.
