The Ordinance requires a public hearing for music events that extend beyond 9:30 PM and allows the music to go until midnight. The Burger Bar is only request to go to 10:30. The application has been reviewed by the Police Chief with the following recommendations: double fencing with entrance from inside only; the stage will face north with music ending at 10:30 PM; the grounds to be cleaned no later than 8:00 AM June 5; and emergency exit to be staffed by employees. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the Judy Weyrens issuance of an outdoor special event on June 3, 2017 for the American Burger Bar.
