AGENDA ITEM: Parking Lot
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Our Parking Lot is starting to show it's age (1997)and is breaking up in
different areas. The Fire Board has discussed this a little in the past on what we would like to do. It's
has been brought up about getting on board with the City on one of their upcoming road projects to
replace it. The City will be completing an alley resurfacing project which would be similar to that of the
parking lot. City staff is working on soliciting an estimate from the contractor C& L Excavating.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: Have requested an estimate

REQUESTED ACTION: Discuss with Fire Board about what our best option would be to do with the
parking lot.
