c. Treasurer's Report—Requested Action:Accept the June 2017 treasurer's report as
Mayor presented.
d. Donations—Requested Action:Accept the donations and their purposes as presented.
Rick Schultz e. Millstream Park Shelter- Draw#1 —Requested Action: Approve Payment for the contractors
listed in Draw#1 for the Millstream Park Shelter project in the amount of$22,036.90.
f. 2016 TIF Reports—Requested Action:Accept the 2016 TIF reports as presented.
g. Interim Use Permit Rental Requests—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and
Administrator to execute resolutions 2017-028 through 2017-032 adopting the findings of fact
Councilors and granting an Interim use Permit to allow a non-owner occupied residential rental license at
the following properties: 104 15'Ave NW, 409 College Ave N, 119 College Ave N, 119 1 S`Ave
Troy Goracke NE, and 30 birch St E.
Matt Killam h. Rolling Ridge Wedding & Eventer Center—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and
Bob Loso Administrator to execute Resolution 2017-033 adopting findings of fact approving a Conditional
Dale Wick Use Permit for the purposes of operating an event center; and authorize execution of
Resolution 2017-034 adopting findings of fact approving a variance from the off-street parking
requirement.
i. Ordinance Amendments—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
execute Resolutions 2017-035 through 2017-041 amending Ordinances 401, 403, 405, 407;
adopting Ordinances 408 and 409; and authorizing summary publication of the aforementioned
Ordinance amendments and adoptions.
