BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Operational transfers move funds from one fund to another. The transfers cover deficits in bond funds
either as budgeted or anticipated.
Due To/Due From Other Funds represent funds borrowed between city funds. The transfer is to pay back
for funds borrowed in 2016 to cover cash deficits.
Residual transfers close out funds after projects are completed or bonds are paid off. The residual
transfers close out six funds in 2017.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $371,592.13 between funds
