PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Kwik Trip has made application to sell 3.2 Liquor and Cigarettes. Both of
these licenses are issued on a calendar basis and require a background check. The Police Chief has
recommended approval of licenses as requested.

REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute the 3.2 Liquor
License and Cigarette License to Kwik Trip for the period March 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
