c. Financial Report—Requested Action:Accept the 15`quarter 2018 and March 2018 financial
• reports as presented.
d. Capital Request—Crack seal/Seal Coat—Requested Action: Authorize the acceptance of the
Councilors quote of Astech in the amount of$62,000 to complete the 2018 street maintenance as
identified in the Street Maintenance Plan.
' Troy Goracke e. TIF 2-3 Assignment—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute
Matt Killam the Assignment of Development Agreement and Tax Increment Financing Note for TIF 2-3
Bob Loso Bayou Blue Flats.
f. Polling Place Change—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute
Dale Wick Resolution 2018-016 establishing the Government Center as the polling place for precinct 2.
g. Liquor License Transfer—Requested Action:Approve the liquor license transfer from Bo
Diddley's Inc to Bo Diddley Deli & Pub. Licenses transfer includes: On Sale Wine, On Sale
Strong Beer/3.2.
