BACKGROUND INFORMATION: S.E.H. has updated the street maintenance plan in 2017. From this plan staff identified area’s to be crack sealed/seal coated in 2018. Staff recommends crack sealing and seal coating streets to prolong the existing pavement. ASTECH has been working with the City on the seal coat/crack fill street maintenance program for years. With the location of the business and the proper equipment Astech has proven to work well for the City. Staff recommends continuing with ASTECH for the 2018 street maintenance project.
