BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Operational transfers move funds from one fund to another. The following transfer is to reimburse the
Meat Market TIF fund for a miscoding of TIF proceeds in 2017. The expense should have been recorded
in the Bayou Blues TIF fund.

Fund 159 TIF 2-3 Bayou Blues $39.91
