BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The LaPlayette has submitted application for an outdoor event to be
held on September 29, 2018. The application has been reviewed by the Police Chief with the following
comments: Screening is not required as long as alcohol stays inside the building. The event will run from
11 AM – 5 PM.

with the conditions identified by the Police Chief for an event to be held on September 29, 2018 at the
LaPlayette Bar.
