AGENDA ITEM: Northland – Requested Action: Accept the quote of Astech and authorize
the expenditure of up to $ 7,650 to repair Northland Drive.

PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The Council approved the 2018 seal coating plan.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Staff is requesting to use mastic in Northland Dr to smooth out the
rough cracking on the street. This will also assist in holding the street together for a longer period of time.
This would be completed prior to the seal coating scheduled for this year on Northland Dr. The Mastic
would extend from Co Rd 75 to north of Fir St.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $ 7,650.00 (funds to be expended form the repair maintenance)
REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Accept the quote of Astech and authorize the expenditure of up to $
7,650 to repair Northland Drive.
