Administrator 2. Public Comments Up to 3 speakers will be allowed for up to 3 minutes each to address the council with
questions/concerns/comments(regarding an item NOT on the agenda). No Council response or action will be
given/taken other than possible referral to Administration.

a. Minutes—Requested Action: Approve the minutes of July 2, 2018.
Rick Schultz b. Bills Payable—Requested Action:Approve check numbers 053591-053667, Payroll EFT
#001528-001533 and Accounts Payables EFT#001837-001841.
c. Donations&Contributions—Requested Action:Accept the donations and their purposes as
presented.
Councilors d. Treasurer's Report—Requested Action:Accept the June 2018 Treasurer's Report as
presented.
Anne Buckvold e. Grant Acceptance and Transfer—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator
to execute all documents required to accept and participate in the DEED CDAP Grant and
Troy Goracke authorize the transfer of$7,563.11 from fund 101 to fund 225.
Bob Loso f. 2018 TIF Reports—Requested Action:Accept and Authorize the 2018 TIF Reports as
Dale Wick presented.
g. Street Closure, Millstream Arts Festival—Requested Action:Authorize the Administrator to
execute the Road Closure Application for both the City and Stearns County to allow the
Millstream Arts Festival to utilize MN Street, College Ave N, and College Ave S for the even to
be held on September 30, 2018.
h. Election Judges—Requested Action:Appoint the Election Judges as requested for the
Primary and General 2018 Election.
i. Liquor License—Requested Action:Authorize the On Sale and Sunday liquor license transfer
from St. Joseph Hospitality LLC to Route 75 Saloon Inc for 2010 CSAH 75 W.
