AGENDA ITEM: Liquor License Transfer – Requested Action: Authorize the
OnSale and Sunday Liquor license transfer from St. Joseph Hospitality LLC to Route 75 Saloon Inc for
2010 CSAH 75 W, formerly American Burger Bar.

BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council approved a Liquor License for the American
Burger Bar.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City received a request from Kent Holtz d.b.a Neighbor’s
Route 75 to sell alcohol at 2010 CSAH 75 W. They will be taking over the former American Burger Bar.
The Police Chief has completed the background check and there is nothing that would prohibit the
applicant from securing a liquor license.
