September 22,2018—Rock for Alzheimer's SUBMITTED BY: Administration/Police BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Bad Habit has submitted an application for two outdoor events to be held in September and they are as follows: a. September 15, 2018—Oktoberfest—live music and food from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Police Chief has reviewed the application and requires 1 licensed officer and the area must be fenced. b. September 22, 2018—Rock for Alzheimer's—Live music and food from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Police Chief has reviewed the application and requires 1 licensed officer and the area must be fenced. BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: The cost for the officer is the responsibility of Bad Habit. ATTACHMENTS: Application for Outside Permit Outdoor Event License REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorizing the Mayor and Administrator to execute the Temporary outside Liquor License for Bad Habit for the following two events: a.
