BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Bad Habit has submitted an application for two outdoor events to be
held in September and they are as follows:
a. September 15, 2018—Oktoberfest—live music and food from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The
Police Chief has reviewed the application and requires 1 licensed officer and the area must
be fenced.
b. September 22, 2018—Rock for Alzheimer's—Live music and food from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The Police Chief has reviewed the application and requires 1 licensed officer and the area
must be fenced.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: The cost for the officer is the responsibility of Bad Habit.
