a. Minutes—Requested Action: Approve the minutes of August 20 and September 6, 2018.
Rick Schultz b. Bills Payable—Requested Action:Approve check numbers 053784-053875, Payroll EFT#
111554-111564 and Accounts Payable EFT#001845-001847.
c. Transfers—Requested Action:Authorize the operational transfer as a result of calling the
2011 A Bonds as presented.
Councilors d. Donations—Requested Action: Accept the donations and contributions for the purpose as
presented.
Anne Buckvold e. Treasurer Report—Requested Action:Accept the August Treasurer Report as presented.
f. Ordinance Amendments—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
Troy Goracke execute Resolution 2018-042 Amending Ordinance 502 and Resolution 2018-043 Authorizing
Bob Loso Summary Publication.
