c. Donations—Requested Action: Accept the donations for the purposes stated

Troy GorackResolution 2018-055 approving the Off-site gambling permit to allow the St. Joseph Lions to

Bob Loso f. Professional Services Agreement—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor to execute the
Dale Wick professional services agreement with SEH for final design, construction and assessment for
the Industrial Park.
