Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in a workshop
session on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the St. Joseph Government Center.
Members Present: Mayor Rick Schultz. Councilors Bob Loso, Anne Buckvold, Brian Theisen. City
Administrator Judy Weyrens
City Representatives Present: City Attorney Tom Jovanovich, Police Chief Dwight Pfannenstein, Finance
Director Lori Bartlett, Community Development Director Therese Haffner, Public Works Director Terry
Thene.
Department Head Reports: Each department head for the City provided a summary of 2018 activities and
a look forward into 2019. The Council will receive a written report from each department as well.
City Attorney Reports: Tom Jovanovich, City Attorney provided the Council with a short presentation on
the roles and responsibilities of the City Council.
Adjourn: The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 7:10 PM
