HomeMy WebLinkAbout[04e] Outdoor Liquor Event, La Playette Council Agenda Item 4e MEETING DATE: March 18, 2019 AGENDA ITEM: Outdoor Liquor Event, La Playette SUBMITTED BY: Administration/Police BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council has previously approved outdoor requests from the La Playette and the events have occurred without incident. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The La Playette has applied for an outdoor event on September 7, 2019 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Because the music ends by 10PM, a public hearing is not required. The application has been reviewed by the Police Chief with the following recommendations: perimeter fencing; hiring of 1 off-duty officer; music will end by 10 PM and the grounds to be cleaned no later than 8:00 AM September 8, 2019.
