Councilors d. BDPI Grant Agreement—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
execute the Grant Agreement accepting BDPI Grant funding in the amount of$1.245M.
Anne Buckvold e. 2019A Bond Pricing Opinion Proposal—Requested Action: Accept the quote from the
lowest bidder, Blue Rose Capital Advisors for the 2019A Improvement Bond Issues.
Troy Goracke f. Capital Request—Requested Action:Authorize the expenditure of$2,685 to install
Bob Loso outdoor electrical service at the Community Center.
Brian Theisen g. Drainage& Utility Easement—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator
to execute the Easement Agreement related to the administrative subdivision of Lot 2,
Block 2 of Indian Hill Park.
