BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Staff reached out to Stearns County Highway Department and presented the draft development plan for the property located at CR 75 and CR 133. The Stearns County th Engineer has approved access to CR 133/12 Ave SE with review of the size of the entrance. The purchase price will be $ 45,000.
