PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council on May 20, 2019 approved the selling of
property located at the intersection of CR 75 and CR 133 contingent upon access approval by Stearns
County.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Staff reached out to Stearns County Highway Department and
presented the draft development plan for the property located at CR 75 and CR 133. The Stearns County

Engineer has approved access to CR 133/12 Ave SE with review of the size of the entrance. The
purchase price will be $ 45,000.

I reviewed the site proposal with Jodi and we are not opposed to the concept. We will want to look more closely at the
proposed driveway width as this one appears too wide. Otherwise, the location is acceptable.
