a. Minutes—Requested Action: Approve the minutes of June 3, 2019.
Rick Schultz b. Bills Payable—Requested Action:Approve check numbers 54734-54733 and Payroll EFT
#111690-111696 and Accounts Payables EFT#001881-001883.
c. Treasurer's Report—Requested Action:Accept the May 2019 Treasurer's Report as
presented.
Councilors d. Donations—Requested Action: Accept the donations and contributions as presented.
e. Outdoor Liquor Event—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
Anne Buckvoid execute the Temporary Outside Liquor License for Bad Habit on September 14, 2019.
Anneroy GoraVO f. Change Order—Requested Action: Authorize execution of Change order#1, adding
Bob o conduit for future communications, and authorizing payment in the amount of$ 3,213.00.
g. Capital Request—Requested Action: Authorize the capital purchase of transcription
Brian Theisen software for the police department at a maximum cost$ 3,808.75.
h. Street Maintenance—Requested Action: Authorize the expenditure of$ 98,831 to
Astech for the 2019 Annual Seal Coat Project.
