This contract is between City of St. Joseph, MN and the Contractor as follows:
WHEREAS: This Contract provides for, among other things, construction of grading, aggregate
base, bituminous pavement, storm sewer, and turf improvements for a new pedestrian trail; and
WHEREAS: The construction documents provide estimated quantities and unit work bid items
for the construction of a 2-inch non-metallic conduit(NMC)for future communication cable use
by the City of St. Joseph.
WHEREAS: The Engineer determined that installation of four pull handholes will provide
improved access to the tracer wire system installed with the contract, and the handholes will
better facilitate future cable installation within the conduit;
WHEREAS: The Engineer directed the Contractor to install the handholes as requested by the
City of St. Joseph.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT:
1. Contract Time will not be revised as a result of this Agreement
