98,831 to Astech for the 2019 Annual Seal Coat project.

PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: Council has budgeted annually for street maintenance
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Following the street maintenance plan for the City of St. Joseph
staff is requesting to complete the street maintenance for 2019. This will require seal coating with granite
chips and then fog sealed. Route and sealing of cracks with rubber. Blow patch around iron in the streets
and mastic for more severe pavement issues. Each of these maintenance techniques will be completed at
different times through out the warmer months.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $98,831.00
