No. 4, for the WMN Street Trail and authorize payment in the amount of$ 313,285.44.
Councilors d. Outdoor Liquor Event—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
execute the Temporary Outside Liquor License for Bad Habit on September 27, 2019.
Anne Buckvold e. Grant Acceptance—Requested Action: Authorize execution of the Professional
Troy Goracke Services Agreement between Stearns County Human Service Board and the City of St.
Joseph/Waite Park accepting grant funding for creating a Bike Share Program.
Bob Loso f. Memorandum of Understanding—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and
Brian Theisen Administrator to execute the Memorandum of Understanding with Ratcliff Development
LLC acknowledging the requirement to pay for the future sidewalk cost abutting the
property being developed.
g. Agreement Regarding MOU —Requested Action: Authorize Execution of an Agreement
regarding MOU regarding Country Manor, clarify obligations have been completed.
