Oktoberfest—live music and food from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Police Chief has reviewed the application and requires 1 licensed officer and the area must be fenced. The Ordinance does not limit the number of outdoor events that an establishment can have provided they are done by 10:00 PM. Only 8 parking spaces will be unavailable for the event. BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: The cost for the officer is the responsibility of Bad Habit.
