AGENDA ITEM: Agreement Regarding MOU—Requested Action: Authorize Execution
of an Agreement regarding MOU in respect to the Country Manor Development, clarifying satisfaction of
obligations.

PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: On March 26,2016 the City entered into an Agreement with
First Holdings regarding the park dedication requirements for the property known as Arcon and also
provided for the transference of property from Frist Holdings to the City of St. Joseph.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: County Manor is finalizing the financing and the title company is
requesting verification of completion.
