• Acoustical improvements-$5,800.00
• Expansion of paved parking area by shelter—estimated $60,000.00
• Floor coating for pavilion-$10,000.00
• Irrigation system for around the shelter-$8,000.00
• Paved area by the softball fields is shot, bad, no life 5 years ago.Storm sewer replacement-
$593,000.00
• Security camera inside hallway by restrooms—see above
Baseball Park Memorial Park
• Repave area South of the shelter,causing concrete failure of walk next to the building—2019
engineering estimate—$99,000.00
Northland Park
• Add paved trail system around the edge of the park/Possibly combine with Northland Dr
reconstruction-$100,000.00
Klinefelter Park
• Repave trail -$100,000.00
• Schedule to replace play equipment—$45,000.00
• Remove pea rock and install engineered wood chips—ADA compliant-$6,000.00
• Add permanent restrooms to site and pave west parking area-$350,000.00
Cloverdale Park
• Nothing required
Hollow park
• Schedule to replace play equipment-$45,000.00
• Remove pea rock and install engineered wood chips—ADA compliant$3,500.00
Centennial Park
• Replace old picnic tables inside of the shelter-$5,000.00
• Irrigation system for the entire park-$6,000.00
• Security Cameras—see above
There are funds in this year's budget to install the cameras in the three parks listed.Council approval
is required.
