PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council authorized the hiring of a Part Time Custodian
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City posted an opening for Custodian and received two
applications as follows: Dave Konz and John Anderson. After interviewing both candidates the
recommendation is to hire Dave Konz and if for some reason he does not accept,hire John Anderson.
Both candidates have experience cleaning and are retired from a previous employer and looking to
continue working.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: Included in 2019 Budget

REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Hire Dave Konz as a part time custodian effective immediately
and if for some reason he does not accept,hire John Anderson.
