Rick Schultz a. Minutes—Requested Action: Approve the minutes of June 17, 2019 and June 24, 2019.
b. Bills Payable—Requested Action:Approve check numbers 54734-54733 and Payroll EFT
#111690-111696 and Accounts Payables EFT#001881-001883.
c. Financial Report—Requested Action:Accept the 2019 2nd Quarter and June 2019 Financial
Councilors Report as presented.
d. Donations—Requested Action: Accept the donations and contributions as presented.
Anne Buckvold e. Professional Service Agreement—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor to execute
Troy Goracke the professional services agreement for the construction phase of the Industrial
Bob Loso Park Project.
Brian Theisen f. 24 North DA Amendment—Requested Action: Authorize the extension of the water
and sewer payments for the 24 North Project with 2 annual payments in 2020, 2021
and 2022.
g. Accept Service—Requested Acton: Authorize the City Attorney to accept service on
behalf of the City of St.Joseph for the Qui Tam Action regarding Nelson Auto.
h. Interim Administrator—Requested Action: Compensate Therese Haffner at Step One
of the Administrator pay while serving as Interim Administrator.
