BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Council has previously appointed Therese Haffner as Interim
Administrator. At the time of appoint compensation was not discussed. Her current rate of pay is $ 38.53 and Step
One on the Compensation Scale for Administrator is $ 43.48.
