BACKGROUND INFORMATION:In 2001, the City entered into a Developer Agreement upon final
plat approval of the Indian Hill Park plat. Ratcliff Development in conjunction with the development of
the Dollar General store to be located on SE corner of Elm St. E and Northland Drive on Lot 2, Block 2 of
Indian Hill Park has requested a Certificate of Complianceconfirming that the Developer has complied
with all of the terms of the Developer Agreement in which they have. In fact, in 2005, the City had
authorized a Certificate of Compliancefor Lot 1, Block 1 of Indian Hill Park Plat.
