AGENDA ITEM: Chief and Assistant Pay
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At our meeting in February,we discussed the option of raising the Chief
and Assistant's pay. Currently the Chief gets$3500 per year and the Assistant gets$2500 per year. We
would like to see the Chief get moved to at least$6,000 per year and the Assistant moved to at least
3500. The duties for these two spots have become more demanding of getting things done and having
them put in more time than in the past.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:$4,500
