AGENDA ITEM: New Members
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: We have been down 2 members for quite a while and now after July 1St
we lost another that moved out of town. After a long time of looking for potential members we finally
got 2 applications and interviewed them along with doing the agility testing. Both candidates did well
and the committee would like to move forward with hiring them.
They are Adam Sceponiak and Nathan Madden
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT:$5,000 per member—which includes First Responder Class, FF1, FF2, CLD
License w/Tanker,and New Gear after the complete all classes and lic
requirements

REQUESTED ACTION: Have the Fire Board approve the hiring of the 2 members
