1. 6:00 PM Call to order- Pledge of Allegiance
2. Public Comments Up to 3 speakers will be allowed for up to 3 minutes each to address the
council with questions/concerns/comments(regarding an item NOT on the agenda). No Council
Adminiscracor response or action will be given/taken other than possible referral to Administration.

4. Consent Agenda
a. Minutes—Requested Action: Approve the minutes of August 5, 2019 and August 19, 2019.
Mayor b. Bills Payable—Requested Action: Approve the bills payables as presented.
c. Change Order, MN St Trail—Requested Action:Authorize the City Administrator to execute
Rick Schulcz Change Order#2 in the amount of$3,101.50.
d. Application for Payment#6, MN St Trail—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor to execute
Pay Application#6 for the MN Street Trail and authorize payment to RL Larson Excavating,
Inc. in the amount of$90,234.46.
Councilors e. Root Foaming—Requested Action:Approve root foaming by Dukes Root for 8,600 feet of
sanitary sewer mains for an amount not to exceed $14,534.00.
Anne Buckvold f. Early Bond Calls—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute
Troy Goracke resolution 2019-057 calling for the redemption of the outstanding General Obligation
Improvement Bonds, Series 2011A Sewer Portion and 2009A GO Crossover Refunding
Bob Loso Bonds. In addition, authorize the early redemption of the 2010 Sewer Revenue Note with the
Brian Theisen City of St. Cloud.
5. EDA Revolving Loan Fund—Krewe Restaurant and Bakery
