STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Certificate of Survey
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Susan Sink and Steven Heymans have requested approval of a
Certificate of Survey to allow for a minor subdivision. The minor subdivision includes two lots adjusting
boundaries and does not create additional lots. There are existing structures on the lots and all required
setbacks will be met. Typically, a Certificate of Suvey/minor subdivision is reviewed and approved
administratively but since access to Tract B is currently provided via a recorded ingress/egress easement, it
requires review by the Planning Commission.
