4. Consent Agenda
a. Minutes—Requested Action: Approve the minutes of September 16, 2019, September 23,
Mayor 2019, September 30, 2019, September 30, 2019 workshop minutes.
b. Bills Payable—Requested Action:Approve check numbers 055141-055244, and Payroll EFT
Rick Schultz #111746-111751 and Accounts Payable EFT#001895-001898.
c. Pay Application No. 1 —Requested Action: Approve application for payment no. 1 for the
2019 Industrial Park East Improvements to R.L. Larson Excavating, Inc. in the amount of
$408,178.42.
Councilors d. School Resource Officer—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Police Chief to
execute the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of St. Joseph and ISD 742 for providing
Anne Buckvold the cooperative funding of the School Resource Officer Program.
Troy Goracke e. Transfers—Requested Action:Authorize the operational transfers as presented.
f. Treasurer's Report—Requested Action:Approve the August 2019 treasurer's report as
Bob Loso presented.
Brian Theisen g. Donations—Requested Action:Accept the donations and their purposes as presented.
