BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Operational transfers move funds from one fund to another. The transfer below is to reimburse the
General fund for expenditures incurred in 2018 for the 2019 street improvement project. Since the project
is approved and bonds issued, the expenditures can be reimbursed with the bond funds.
