c. Financial Report—Requested Action: Approve the 3�d quarter financial report and the
September 2019 treasurer's report as presented.
Councilors d. Bike Share Program Agreement—Requested Action:Approve the Bike Share Program
Agreement between the Cities of St. Joseph and Waite Park authorizing the Mayor and
Anne Bu�k�old Administrator to execute the agreement.
Troy Goracke e. Tobacco License—Requested Action: Issue a 2-month tobacco license for pollar General
Bob Loso #20717.
f. Change Order No. 1 —Requested Action:Approve change order no. 1 for the 2019 Street
Brian Theisen Improvement Project.
g. Liquor License—Requested Action:Approve the off-sale liquor license and authorize the
Mayor and Administrator to execute Reso(ution 2019-065 approving the on-sale liquor license
for Krewe Restaurant.
