BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The City Council authorized the hiring of the Finance
Technician.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Staff conducted interviews for the Finance Technician and are
recommending the hire of Hannah Kurkowski at step four on the pay scale. After six months she will be
th
moved to step five and after 18 months of employment moved to step six. The offer is contingent upon
the successful completion of the employment process screening.

REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorize the hiring of Hannah Kurkowski at step four ($25.07)
on the pay scale upon the successful completion of the employment process screening.
