d. Financial Report—Requested Action:Approve the October 2019 financial report as
presented.
e. Polling Place Designation—Requested Action: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to
Councilors execute Resolution 2019-066 designating the polling places for 2020.
f. TIF 2-1 (Millstream Shops & Lofts)Assignment Agreements—Requested Action:Approve the
Anne Buckvold reassignment of the TIF 2-1 Millstream Shops& Lofts Revenue Note.
Troy Goracke 9� Gambling Report—Requested Action:Accept the 3rd Quarter 2019 Gambling Report as
presented.
Bob Loso h. Recreation Director Job Description—Requested Action: Create the job description for the
Brian Theisen Recreation Director allowing the same to be filled.
