BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Operational transfers move funds from one fund to another. The transfers include budgeted funding for
bond payments and to reverse a reimbursement to the General fund for expenditures incurred in 2018 for
the 2019 street improvement project. The reimbursement was required/approved twice.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $462,015.00 between funds
