f. Election Judges—Requested Action:Appoint the election judges for the 2020 Presidential

Bob Loso Administrator to submit the letter of support.
Brian Theisen h. Part-time Recreation Director Hire—Requested Action: Authorize the hiring of John Anderson
at step 1, $23.84 on the pay scale upon the successful compietion of the employment process
� screening.
', i. Safe Routes to School Technical Assistance Grant—Requested Action: Authorize Stearns
County Public Health to submit a Safe Routes to School Demonstration Project Technical
Assistance grant application on behalf of the City of St. Joseph.
j. Rivers Bend Plat 3 Subdivision Acceptance—Requested Action: Accept Rivers Bend Plat 3
Subdivision improvements as recommend by the City Engineer.
